We hope you will be delighted with your Alice Kate by Design products, however if for any reason you need to return your item, please do contact us within 7 days of receiving it. Items can only be refunded, if they are in an undamaged and in a saleable condition. Please note, postage is not refunded.
Items that have been made to bespoke specification cannot be refunded.
O R D E R I N G
Most of our products are handmade to order, so please allow 2-3 weeks from the time of ordering. In a lot of instances, we will have items in stock or are able to process in the 10-14 day period. However, if you should need something sooner, then please do email us at alicekatebydesign@gmail.com and we will try our hardest to get your order to you sooner.
F A B R I C
Once you have received your fabric, please check it very carefully before cutting. Refunds can only be issued if the fabric is uncut and returned within 7 working days of receiving it.

We offer a worldwide delivery service that is processed through our website. Please contact us for delivery times outside of the USA.
R E T U R N S & E X C H A N G E S
If for any reason you are not happy with a product please notify us within 7 days of delivery, return the goods and we will arrange either a refund or an exchange. Post and packaging costs are non-refundable unless the product is faulty. Cut lengths of fabric are non-returnable unless faulty.
